Initial Consultation - £250 

This comprehensive 90-minute session introduces you to the full protocol. We’ll explore the science behind the approach, walk through the fitness, nutrition, and light-based strategies, and tailor the plan to your unique needs. You’ll learn how this method works with your changing metabolism in menopause and uses your body exactly as it was designed—to lose fat, boost energy, and feel amazing. It’s a system that makes complete sense, and you’ll leave with clarity, motivation, and a clear roadmap forward.

 

Ongoing Training Sessions - £95 

Each session includes:

- 1 Hour of highly targeted menopausal fitness training - aimed to increase metabolism and build strength

- 30 minutes of personalised coaching, including nutrition guidance to fine-tune your progress, address challenges, ensure success, and deliver a tailored home fitness plan for the week

- Location - I can travel to your home/ office or the session can be taken in an outdoors park.
